Recruit a new generation of farmers and ranchers, then we must take actions that will improve the quality of life in Rural Communities. Thats why why i offered a number of provisions specifically to recruit beginning farmers and ranchers. The first would reduce the cost of Crop Insurance for beginning farmers by 10 .
