You can see tents set up this morning, and testing starts at 9 00 this morning. You will be able to drive up to the Testing Center and be tested for coronavirus. Its free of charge as long as you are showing symptoms. You will be prescreened to see if you have fever, shortness of breath, difficult breathing or coughing. The Testing Center will be open from tuesday through sunday, and thats every day but monday. Healthcare workers and First Responders can call for an appointment. I tweeted that out. This is going to be open at 9 00 this morning. We know only a certain number of tests will be conducted a day. The site will stay open until they run out of the designated tests they plan on distributing. You might be wondering why they are limiting the tests, and that has to do with how quickly the lab can process the tests ....

And one of the most notable pieces of this budget is that it expands medical budget to 19 to 25, regardless of immigration status. So this is expected to provide full scope coverage to 90,000 undocumented in the first years across the state. So very excited about providing increased coverage to the population in need.
