Well police are saying that pursuit started when they saw a vehicle that they believed to have been stolen by a driver armed with that they thought was a firearm this happened a little after 11 00pm that pursuit ended when that vehicle crashed into the rear of an occupied vehicle that was parked. Now police say the driver then exited the vehicle while holding an assaultstyle firearms. Thats when the officer with the san lee andrel Police Department discharged his weapon fatally shooting that man. Now the driver died from his injuries at the scene. No officers were injured.
