We believe the three victims were targeted by the suspect and the connect we dont know and the motive for the shooting is still yet to be determined. We are working very hard. After the shooting contrearas allegedly carjacked a couple and the suv was found not far from where contrearas was arrested in richmond. Contrearas is wellknown to law enforcement. Sources tell me contrearas has a criminal history that includes auto theft and evading police and weapons violations.
