Calcutta high court's Jalpaiguri circuit bench wondered on Wednesday while hearing a writ petition filed by Vishwa Hindu Parishad against the alleged naming of a lioness as Sita at Bengal Safari Park in Siliguri. Justice Saugata Bhattacharya said whether an act of naming was slander or an affectionate gesture depended on an individual's mental orientation.
