You could always tell she was there. Sue wulfekuhle remembers her aunt, nancy krapfl for the way she laughed and lived. Not for the random and brutal attack that took her life and shocked dubuque. On september first, police say krapfl was out for a walk. Traffic cameras on the corner of 17th street and Central Avenue captured Helmon Betwell grabbing krapfl.
