Forecast. With dave. 3 3 3 3 developing this morning the port of tampa is finally back open. After thick fog closed it down for nearly an entire day. That left several ships stranded. Unable to dock. Including the carnival paradise. 3 that ship finally docked around 930 last night. After a more than 13 hour on that ship arent the only ones getting stranded. 3 that ship was set to leave for another cruise, yesterday afternoon at four. That departure has now been pushed back, to four pm today. All those new passengers were forced to spent the night in hotels. If they dont live in the area. And the next cruise wont be making its scheduled stop in mexico. It was just spend several days at sea. We talked with passengers from both cruises last night. They appeared to handle all the confusion. Pretty well 3 passengers will be offered a 50 percent refund on this next cruise, and a future trip at half price.
