Nearly 1,000 lightning strikes every ten minutes and a lightning show going on right over toward waldorf and right on through the mechanicsville area through st. Marys county and also under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning. Take a look at the wider view and you can see the frontal boundary making its way down slowly right along the pennsylvaniamaryland border and we still have storms left to go and we think the strongest storms are moving down to the south and east.
