howard campus but not charged in either one has been permanently dismissed by the university. howard is not the first university to ban him. word traveled quickly on the howard university campus tonight that a former r.a., twice accused of rape, would no longer be a student here. he needs to take responsibility. i m glad they did that. it s about time. my reaction is officially like, that s wrong. i don t think he should have been expelled. reporter: they dismissed an unnamed student for serious violations of the code of conduct. students familiar with the investigation say the student is the alleged rapist, but the violations are not directly related to the rape accusations, but other issues the university discovered in its probe. it would be interesting to hear all the information they had. reporter: in 2014 administers at ucla banned the same student from their mp sent him this letter for impersonating and falsely claiming to be a student there to meet students.
