Andy police say they were responding to reports of a distraught woman. 12yearold was reportedly inside. There was report of shots fired to safely leave the residence and police surrounded the house. After about three hours, police say they took a 45yearold into custody. Police say she surrendered peacefully. No charges have been filed yet, according to police.
