On Monday, ski slopes were allowed to reopen and the government indicated that on Wednesday restrictions could be lifted on more services and retailers. They were not. PM Šimonytė later apologised for ‘raising expectations’ too high, as businesses threaten to bring lawsuits against what they say are unfair rules that let big supermarkets stay open and keep everyone else shut. ....
