Karnataka carpooling: Karnataka government to issue edict on carpooling apps in 10 days

Karnataka government will make a decision on the legality of carpooling apps within 10 days. A minister denied reports that carpoolers would be fined for operating without a licence, but said the apps themselves needed to register with the government.
