General Gustave Perna, chief operating officer for the Defense Department s Project Warp Speed, speaks in the Rose Garden at the White House in Washington, D.C., U.S., on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020.
Gustave Perna, the four-star Army general overseeing the formidable task of distributing coronavirus vaccines, said Saturday he was responsible for the “miscommunication” with states causing them to receive vastly fewer doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine in the second wave of shipments next week than they had been anticipating. ....

The Army general in charge of getting COVID-19 vaccines across the United States apologized on Saturday for miscommunication with states over the number of doses to be delivered in the early stages of distribution.
I failed. I’m adjusting. I am fixing and we will move forward from there, Gen. Gustave Perna told reporters in a telephone briefing.
Perna’s remarks came a day after a second vaccine was added in the fight against COVID-19, which has killed more than 312,000 people in the U.S. Governors in more than a dozen states have said the federal government has told them that next week’s shipment of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be less than originally projected. ....

Without Resources, Vaccine Rollout Could 'Fall At The Last Hurdle,' Journalist Warns

Originally published on December 17, 2020 2:09 pm
The fight against COVID-19 entered a new phase this week as American health care workers started getting vaccinated the first in what will be a massive effort. Science writer Ed Yong of
The Atlantic says the coming months will usher in the most complicated immunization program the U.S. has ever attempted.
It s going to be a slow process, and there are a lot of possible roadblocks in the way in terms of producing the vaccine, distributing it, allocating it, Yong says. Don t think of the vaccine as a light switch that the minute it starts going into people s arms, normalcy resumes. . It s going to take awhile for things to get under control. ....

Dr. Peter Hotez Doom and Gloom

Dr. Peter Hotez Doom and Gloom
This article is from an interview with Dr. Peter Hotez on NPR last month. The Tweet in the photo is from yesterday. Dr Hotez jubilantly taking a CoVax. I expect his tie to spin with giddy delight.  Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are starting to be delivered and administered as of this week. Imagine any doctor stating that we need to vaccinate THE ENTIRE WORLD POPULATION. What on earth is that? The assumption is safety and efficacy for billions, which is impossible  nonsense. The reality is that the damage and danger is considered “worth it.” Vaccines are now a bona fide religion, a cult requiring compliance, no questions, no choice. MMR bows before CoVax as the new god on the block. This is a frightening road, no matter what your thoughts on vaccination, all, some, none. Never  before has the world been told to fall into step like this, so fast. In 10 months, life has been radically changed and now we need a vacccine. Why does the mainstream ....

In a new article, a team of researchers has proposed five strategies to encourage immunization against COVID-19 that they hope the United States government will implement.
In the Viewpoint article, published in the journal
JAMA, the team argues that the U.S. needs a national strategy similar in scope to Operation Warp Speed to ensure that as many residents as possible are vaccinated.
