We said that from beginning and i stand behind that and people ultimately have to understand the risk that what is implied in asking them to come back and right now we need emphasis. So we wanted to confirm that the actions and the expenditures that are at the bottom of each major section of the plan, we wanted to make sure that we were approaching that process correctly. And so the clarification that we received is that we should be considering both learning loss mitigation funds and lcff funds in our plan. But we do not need to include all of both of those sources.
