Prime Minister Hun Manet presided over the annual meeting of the Cambodia Higher Education Association (CHEA) with CHEA Chairman Heng Vanda in attendence yesterday. It aimed to improve the quality of higher education programmes by discussing progress and challenges firsthand.
Hun Sen, President of the Senate, is urging the Khmer Artists Association to help develop artististic skills and especially to train the children of artists. He suggested perhaps only this approach can ensure there will be no lack of artists to continue the Khmer creative heritage from their families in future.
