All five linn county buildings closed by flood 2016 2016are now back open for business this morning. Morning. The Jean Oxley Public Service Center and the linn county courthouse are on the li. List. The 16th avenue bridge between Czech Village and newbo is now back open too. Organizers decided to cancel this years bacon fest at newbo city market this coming saturday. All tickets will be refunded. Organizers tell cbs 2 news the bacon lovers festival will return next year. Ushers ferry historic is cleaning up after the flood waters caused damage last week. Workers say theyre lucky because water only flowed into 4 buildings. Thats a lot less than in 2008 when they had to tear down 16 buildings. To prepare this time around staff and volunteers removed everything from buildings that could be impacted. This time , they say nothing was destroyed and the repairs are ....
