You saw about 50, 60 people protesting here at Veterans Memorial park in front of city really, but when 10 00 hit, you heard a helicopter buzzing overhead announcing to the people down below you need to disperse. Youre in violation of curfew and you now are risk being arrested. Many people broke up at that point, but then you saw a number of officers move in from the side. Officers had been gathering in the minutes leading up to 10 00, gathering across the street. At 10 00 they filed into the park and began taking people into custody.
