Been knocked over. That officer was on the motorcycle and listen to what he went through. He was trying to pull over an suv that was shooting. The suv finally stopped, went in reverse, rammed the officer. Somehow the motorcycle became attached to the suv. The suv went into drive, going forward, taking the motorcycle with him.
