About 462 million in Fema Eligible expenses. We have submitted claims at this point for roughly the first quarter of the fiscal year. We have only received about 23 million. We have a growing Balance Subject to some level of timing and approval risk. It doesnt affect Budget Planning at this point but represents a growing Cash Flow Problem for the city. Im happy to answer questions on response but we are reporting surpluses in several funds of note, the childrens fund, public education fund, open Space Fund and Library Fund is showing improvement. A lot of that is being driven by the net improvement of Tax Revenue. They share in that good news. We see revenue shortfalls in other special revenue funds but mostly offset by operating. Various hotel funds and arts funds. And the airport mta. There are no significant changes to reserve levels since the last report. Pods with novavax, Community Access sites, also known as hubs. Then, of course our clinical participants including the Care Consortium and pharmacy partnerships for distribution of vaccines. Just to emphasize the point is to build a vaccine ecosystem where every door is the right door to get a vaccine. An we just opened our third site today. I was there with mayor breed and board president supervisor walton at the Produce Market, which will have is in partnership with sutter health. That will have capacity to deliver at least 1,000 vaccine as day, when we have enough supply. We now have enough capacity in San Francisco to well exceed our goal of delivering over 10,000 vaccines into arms every day. We just need more vaccines. We need more vaccines to meet our goal of getting everybody in San Francisco appear vaccine as quickly as possible. I learned that the new senate bill 855 was passed in september of last year and it was a great step towards expanding coverage for Mental Health and Substance Use disorder diagnosis and treatment in the state. Especially with covid, which has brought a lot of Mental Health issues for many families and people who are isolated. And i was aware that sfpdh has increased a budget for covering more Urgent Care Services to make it easier for people to use, including Services Like the street Crisis Response teams and the mobile Response Teams which are great resources. But in light of the increase in the demand for Mental Health services during this pandemic, i think that the city should expand th
