May have started with an argument over a parking spot. Well when i heard the gunshots, i came running out because my husband and daughter were here. Reporter less than 24 hours ago kim lynch was running across the street to the scene at a shooting at a gas station in vallejo and saw a man standing with a gun and another man laying lifeless on the ground. And i said who are you and he said im an officer and he showed me a badge on his belt so i said okay.
