Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas [Official Site] The spit-roasted meats of chef David Chang arrive at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on April 1 when Bāng Bar opens. His latest restaurant goes into Block 16 Urban Food Hall, taking over the former Pok Pok Wing space. Bāng Bar, which takes its name inspiration from the Korean word for bread, allocated an estimated $335,220 in construction costs alone to transform chef Andy Ricker’s former Vietnamese chicken wing restaurant. Flatbreads are cooked to order on the griddle, filled with a choice of rotisserie carved chicken, spicy eggplant, or pork and then folded into a U-shaped wrap.
