nbc bay area s scott budman joins us from good samaritan hospital in san jose with the latest on all the developments. scott? reporter: all right, raj, let s start with one fairly new development in front of the entrance of good samaritan hospital. two large tents have been set up. the tents are there because they expect a lot of people to come and get checked for the flu in the day ts ahead. the entrance to good samaritan hospital now has two large tents out front. the hospital calls it a precautionary measure to prescreen people who come in with flu-like symptoms. you will see, if you go around to the county, that each hospital has its own plan of how it will deal with the potential risk. reporter: meanwhile, santa clara county health officials say they ve discovered two new coronavirus patients, bringing the total county wide to 11. they also have new guidelines for risk. the risk increases with age, with the amount of time and close contact with a number of people

less than ten minutes. new developments in the return of a san jose state professor accused of sexual huh racement. that professor was supposed to come back to the classroom this semester and now it appears he will not. matt keller live at san jose state university. good morning, matt. reporter: good morning, natasha and reggie. the fall semester has begun at san jose state, but some students are finding out there is one class that is canceled and another that still needs a professor. that s all because of this lingering sexual harassment controversy. last year, university investigators found professor lewis aptakhar from the department of education sexually harassed a student. he stepped down as the department chair, however, he was still set to return to teach this fall. some students questioned the decision to allow him to return. now we confirmed overnight from a san jose state spokesperson, he will not be teaching at the university this semester. he was set to teac
