taking temperatures down below average for this season. some of us have to put up with a shower chance this morning. mostly it s from the bay eastward. northeast maryland involved, as well. hartford and cecil keep the, light rain showers, most on the delmarva peninsula with the most significant rains in delaware. all of that is drifting east. in essence, for areas west of the bay, with the exception of a little southeast baltimore, harvard and cecil county, we are out from immediate rain threat anyway. the rest of the weekend, temperatures make a big difference. we will watch the sky for a rain a day or two. we will talk with her that in a minute with the insta-weather plus forecast. the aclu is going after john leopold again. the group believes the republican was snooping around databases for information on his enemies. the civil liberties group says it has information that at least 16 people, possibly more, were targeted. the aclu of maryland is requesting polic ....

annapolis this morning, check out the sky. over the severn, we are right on the edge of the clouds but they are clearing up north and up above. and just pushing out across the bay this morning. let s check out other views. here s manchester. that s a pretty scene with the clouds sliding off towards the east. and you will see a lot of sunshine this morning. and let s look at that scene in mount airy. is that gorgeous or what? and you know further west you go, you get deeper into theclear air. there s the sun popping up over the ridge from summit ridge. just setting the stage for what will be a gorgeous day. most of us in near 70 this morning. in fact low 70s around the bay under the cloud cover. slipping into the upper 60s north and west. there s the band of clouds we were looking at mount airy sliding off towards the east. sunshine breaks out dropping the humidity and picking up the wind from the northwest a10- mile-per-hour push and that should balance everything out. ....

win or lose, patricia jessamy is being treated like a champion. the polls tipped slightly in her favor. at one point, barely 400 votes separated her and the challenger. it includes a former state s attorney who gave her the first shot at a job years ago. she needed a strong voter turnout. it was a 13.6% turnout. it has been a very exciting day. it has been a pleasure to be out among the citizens of baltimore city. so i am very happy, very confident. this may be the most expensive city state s attorney s race. each candidate spent more than $150,000. $100,000 out of her own pocket. here are the latest numbers in the race. incumbent patricia jessamy and challenger craig bernstein, neck-and-neck. we want to go right now it to canton where carrie cavanaugh has the latest. the mood is cautiously optimistic. we have not seen bernstein here all night. they are eager to hear from him here. the early numbers show he is trailing slightly behind, but many of his supporte ....
