Deangelo is being a causesed of crimes from 1973 through 1986 across more than a dozen california counties. It started with early bedroom ransackings and a murder in the san joaquin value authorities spent 40 yearsrcng for him, also known as the east area rapist. He is a former Police Officer and arrested in 2018 thanks to dna technology. He is expected to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty. Proceedings are expected to start at 9 30 this morning.
