Brooks will transition into her new role as founder. Current Operations Director JP MacFadyen will become Moncus Park s new executive director. MacFadyen has been with Lafayette Central Park Inc., the nonprofit tasked with building and operating the park, for about two years and has an MBA, with a background in operational leadership, business, and supply chain logistics. Brooks will continue to support the organization as founder with the design and construction of Phase 3, a news release stated. She will also have a hand in fundraising efforts and sharing institutional knowledge with new board and staff members.
