Claud Posts New Track Guard Down Ahead Of Super Monster Release

Claud has unveiled a new single, Guard Down.
Following Cuff Your Jeans, the synth-pop track serves as the latest taster of the Brooklyn artist s imminent debut album, Super Monster , due out on Friday (February 12) through Saddest Factory, Phoebe Bridgers label imprint with Dead Oceans. Other previously released cuts off the 13-track record include Soft Spot and Gold. 
Speaking about the new song, which was co-penned with Cameron Hale and Mary Weitz, Claud said:
I have the hardest time opening up and letting my guard down. When I wrote this song, I had just found out somebody I had feelings for started seeing someone else and my immediate emotional response was to convince myself I didn’t care, even though I really did. The verses and chorus sort of make fun of how I keep myself closed off, but my rap towards the end of the song is a super honest str ....
