At 5 00 p. M. Starts now. Known for its views of the bay but today it became a crime scene. Henry lee is here with more. Reporter a bicyclist was riding down the road about 6 30 a. M. This morning when there was something lying on the side of the road. It turned out to be a mans body. Reporter minutes later officers arrived and confirmed a man in his 20s had been shot. He was found on the side of the road. Although violence in the hills is rare, it is not immune to body dump cases in which victims are shot somewhere else before their bodies are dumped in the hill. The bullet casings suggest the victim had been shot at that location. Neighbors said they were surprised by the violence given the neighborhood is not known for shootings or homicides. Buchanan was here when he stopped by. He was distraught and said he was unhappy, he was sad, he didnt feel like things were going right in his life and. He didnt know if he wanted to live.
