PERTH AMBOY - An application for four units of affordable housing in one building is set to come before the city zoning board next week.
Morris Habitat for Humanity Inc. in Randolph has filed a development application for the property at 361 Inslee St. and 362 Garretson Ave. to merge four vacant existing lots into one lot for the construction of a multi-family dwelling, according to a public notice.
Habitat for Humanity is looking to build a four-unit residential building for low- and moderate-income residents under New Jersey State Law.
A public hearing on the application is scheduled for 7 p.m. May 13 in the Council Chambers at Perth Amboy City Hall.
