OKLAHOMA CITY — Two Elgin High School students were among the winners of the Pepsi Vending Machine Art Contest sponsored by the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden.
The Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden, in partnership with Pepsi and Aquafina, has invited kids in grades K-12 to participate in the annual Pepsi Vending Machine Art Contest continuing through April 22.

Asian elephants are shown at the Oklahoma City Zoo. The series offers zoo fans 12 and older a creative way to connect with the animals and caretakers. Every weekend in April, residents can paint animals in areas of the zoo and chat with caretakers. Painting instruction will be led by Pinotâs Palette of Norman. Guest can select one date per weekend. The same painting will be taught on Saturday and Sunday.
