The new exhibit, Staying Power: Be Distinct or Go Extinct, will open to the public on April 1 with 25 life-size animatronic dinosaurs and larger-than life.

Asian elephants are shown at the Oklahoma City Zoo. The series offers zoo fans 12 and older a creative way to connect with the animals and caretakers. Every weekend in April, residents can paint animals in areas of the zoo and chat with caretakers. Painting instruction will be led by Pinotâs Palette of Norman. Guest can select one date per weekend. The same painting will be taught on Saturday and Sunday.
