Service. people don t have power. they don t have cell service. in some cases they don t have water. some fire crews said there s in some cases people stranded with water surrounding them. you can only get to them by boat, if you can get to them at all. when you go to the neighborhoods here that are accessible, it s utter destruction all over the place. you re looking at parts of kentucky that you can see houses picked up all of their foundations. roads were just broken. you can see the center line of a highway in somebody s front yard. taking to people as they were trying to pick up the pieces, pick up their lives and see what s left. people were covered in dirt trying to dugout the mud. one man said he lost everything. look around and see the damage that is done. everybody has it rough. a lot of deaths. ....
