shooting death were charged with any type of murder. only one former officer, active brett hankinson was charged with three counts of wanton endangerment, much lesser charge. people are not happy with that decision. protests have already begun here in louisville. kentucky s attorney general daniel cameron revealing some key findings of his offices investigations. cameron said evidence showed that the officers knocked and announced at breonna taylor s apartment. it was not a no knock warrant. attorney general of kentucky says it was corroborated by an independent witness. kentucky s ag concluding that 2 out of 3 officers involved in taylor s death that were not charged were authorized to use force because they were fired at first by breonna taylor s boyfriend. police say the boyfriend said he fired first because he thought intruders were breaking in. breonna taylor s family and attorney were demanding at least second degree manslaughter for the three officers. that did n ....
