Even colder as you head off to the north and west where were subzero in minneapolis des moines and chicago. Buffalo is at 2 degrees at the moment but the winds are still strong. Current winds out of the north and west and these are sustained. These are not gusts. Winds sustained at about 20 Miles Per Hour at the airport, 20s Miles Per Hour in wilmington.
