moving along and taking a look at the bay bridge toll plaza that looks good here. no major problems in to san francisco. 280 northbound in san jose. northbound 280 on the right that looks good. onto the top developing story. outrage spreading across the country this morning after another deadly controversial police shooting claims the life of an african american man. the latest happened in fall ton heights in minneapolis. a 32-year-old was shot and killed during a traffic stop. that incident comes a little less than 48 hours after a shooting of a man in baton rouge louisiana. that sparked protests around the country and a federal civil rights probe. both incidents were caught on camera and shared on social media. the minneapolis star tr ib reports the aftermath of the latest shooting was live streamed on facebook by the victim s girlfriend. a warning for you, the video we are about to show you is strong in nature. it could be disturbing to some. he just shot his arm off.
