Is that appropriate for the neighborhood . The proposed lengths of time for the project. I have a 6 yearold daughter. When i saw 15 yearold timeframe my daughter will be a junior in college when this is finished. That is mind bo mindboggling. 15 years of disruption to the neighborhood for that amount of time, i would argue this is not a fair or equitable or just or project to the neighbors currently living there. Lack of affordable is a justice and equity issue. We cant solve that in a way that is just or equitable to the People Living in the neighborhood.
