Noreen Frances Townsend It is with great sadness we announce that on May 4, 2021, Noreen passed away suddenly at her Chandler, Arizona, home. Noreen was born in Hartford, Connecticut, in 1957. Noreen was a member of the Passamaquoddy Indian Tribe, and attended Armijo High School, graduating in 1975. Noreen cherished many things in her life beyond family. She loved animals of all kinds and especially the many dogs she and her husband raised through the years. She also loved to travel, and in particular enjoyed spending time in Europe and aboard the many cruise ships trips she took with her husband. She was also a follower of the arts, and loved to read novels, attend the theater and go to the movies.
