Police warn that he is considered armed and dangerous. In Camden County, a fire caused a condo to collapse. Its at the end of a complex under construction. Officers made the arrest. I saw two people standing there and two policemen and a policewoman there. They were talking to them. I thought maybe it was shoplifting. In a few minutes about 15 to 20 Police Officers showed up and they took them away. I was talking to someone and they told me somebody was stabbed down here by the library.
