Welcome back. At this time i would like to introduce our second panel of witnesses. The first witness on our second panel is dr. Sharon watkins. Dr. Watkins is the director for the bureau of epidemiology in the state epidemiologist for the Pennsylvania Department of health. Shes also the president of the council of state and territorial epidemiologists. Dr. Watkins is responsible foror management and oversight of the bureau of epidemiology which includes the division of infectious disease, Environmental Health and community health. Dr. Watkins has led disease prevailed at outbreak response efforts include those with zika, hepatitis a. Kpix 5s anne makovec is live at candlestick and reports that traffic was terrible before, during and even after the show. On a positive note the show itself is getting rave reviews. Mccartney playing all the beatles classics including many of the songs they played at their final concert. Also hear at candlestick back in 1966. But it is this scene that many people will remember about the concert, traffic gridlock outside the stick. Some folks never even got to the concert. They simply went home instead. News for friday, august 15th, 2014. Good morning to be with you. Im annemarie green. Well, there is a shift this morning in ferguson, missouri. Michael brown, the unarmed black teen was shot and killed last week end by a police officer. In the same st. Louis suburb where protesters and Police Clashed violently, residents are now shaking hands with officers, a sign of common ground. Browns death spurred a National Moment of silence last night. All organized through social media. Rallies took place in at least 90 cities, including st. Louis just outside of ferguson. About 100 people marched to the stadium. The group chanted, hands up, dont shoot, outside the cardinals game. The protests reached the iconic times square in new york city. Hundreds of people marched from union square to broadway. The rally was mostly peaceful. Police set up barricades to control the crowd. Missouri state Highway Patrol is now overseeing security in the city where Michael Brown was killed. Its a job the Polic
