The letter by the High Court of Karnataka was addressed to the Joint Commissioner of Police Traffic, the Secretary to the government (Horticulture Department), and the Chief Engineer of PWD South. It stated, “I am directed to request you to take necessary steps to enable parking of vehicles of public litigants on one side of the road between Victoria Statue to KSLTA/road, Cubbon Park, Bengaluru. Further, the Police Department is also directed to take necessary steps in coordination with concerned departments to put up signboards designating the parking area for enabling parking of the vehicles on the said road,” as signed by KS Bharath Kumar, Registrar General. ....
