Just a few days ago, a stray dog got stuck in the fencing and was injured by the spike. Kiran Kumar, an animal lover who came forward to rescue the dog, said, “The dog was found around 5:45 am in the morning impaled on the spike, and he sustained an injury to his abdomen. We had to lift him off the spike and take him to the hospital, but he was in shock and passed away.
