In the middle of the bridge, reportedly holding a knife, traffic was stopped, and the woman was taken into custody just after 5 00. The incident caused a massive backup for traffic going into the city from oakland. This is what it looked like at the bay bridge toll plaza when all lanes were blocked, just about 45 minutes ago.
