Was downgraded. It looks like it peaked in intensity late yesterday evening as a category 5. Watch the satellite imagery very losely, and the eye looking more ragged this morning. The bad news is its still a cat 5 hurricane. So its almost as strong as yesterday but slightly weaker. It looks like that weakening trend will continue. It will pass over jamaica and cus tuesday and over the bahamas as we head into wednesday and thursday. The track remains pretty similar to what weve had over the last couple days. It slowed down quite a bit. At one point it looked like it would be up here probably tuesday or wednesday. Now it looks more like wednesday or thursday some the track has slowed down about 24 hours.
