The storm knocked out the electricity, leaving them to swelter without air conditioning. Now, a criminal investigation is under way. Heres Jonathan Vigliotti. Reporter by midmorning the elderly men and women were carried out of the nursing home on stretchers and in wheelchairs. Many looked dazed.
