it s clearly unconstitutional. a president should have the authority. that s something serious that we get to get to. on the one hand, if you look at the number of people, the tens of millions of people affected by the osha rule versus the healthcare rule, you have significant number of folks. i would hope the court would rely on the constitution and actual statutes. in their mind, this healthcare mandate affects a lot less people so therefore less onerous. it s a lot different than osha rules or even contractor rules. so i think any good lawyer is going through this and try to rely on what the court reasoned and logic for strengthening the osha mandate and make sure that s the precedent m forward. martha: so it s not over for a lot of these other entities trying to figure out how this
