Morgan suffered a broken leg, nose and ribs on june 7th when a walmart tractortrailer slammed into his limo van on the new jersey turnpike. Fellow comedian james mcnair was killed. Also developing today, morgan is now suing walmart. He alleges the retail giant al lloyd truck driver kevin roper to drive despite being awake for more than 24 hours causing him to fall asleep at the wheel. We are not sure if they are isolated incident or if they are related but we know each of these victims was shot at separate locations. Reporter first happened just after midnight near darrah and philmore streets. When offices arrived they found 15 spent shell casing from his two guns but no victims. Immediately thereafter they learn and realized that a 22year old male victim who was shot at this intersection ran after being shot to aria Frankford Hospital. Reporter while on the scene officers heard multiple gunshots from the 4600 block of frankford avenue. They found a 20 years old male victim suffering from two gunshot wounds to his groin.
