I am michelle griego. I am len keise. We are ready for the sunshine. Bring it on, my friend. Oh, yeah, for sure but we are ready for it once again. What it is great to have that sunshine. Yesterday and the day before, we will continue with that weather pattern with that onshore flow, helping to clean out our skies and also bring out the sunshine. We are going to go over through the day today and tomorrow and we will continue with that clear air, that clean air for the bay area and that fresh air that is so nice to have and hopefully have been out and enjoying that fresh air for our region. We are starting off the day with good air quality all across the bay area and that is so nice to see. This morning, because of that ocean breeze with that cleaner air, we are looking at foggy conditions and some patchy drizzle first thing this morning. The 19th amendment which guarantees and protect womens constitutional right to vote was ratified on august 18, 1920. Hundredth anniversary of this historic milestone is to reflect on incredible efforts to secure womens Voting Rights. It is a reminder of the unfinished work ahead of us to fulfill the promise of our democracy. For decades after the ratification of the 19th amendment, many women of color were prevented from casting ballots through poll taxes, literacy tests, violence, intimidation and ....
Dismissal, dismissal at zuckerberg, theres only blacks and asians that were dismissed. Laguna seems to be kind of consistent. You see three for filipino, but we also know last year there was a patient abuse scandal, and it did affect a number of people who were filipino. That may be why that number seems to be higher than the others. But i think that we still need to do more work in terms of where the disparity is in terms of blacks, asians not so much asians, but dispanics. It goes back to the other slide in terms of theres an offset bases on the amount of people that are in the workforce and the amount of discipline that goes along with that. So in terms of disciplinary, i have some suggestions that go along with that. What im heard from my chair perso person, rhonda simmons, the disciplines are for coming to work late and those kinds of issues. But releasing in probationary period, and i have some suggestions where we can talk more about that where we and im not saying h. R. Where w ....
