• Approved applying for a FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant for equipment to replace the self-contained breathing apparatus filling station and associated equipment and for a vehicle grant to replace an aged ambulance and associated equipment. Fire Chief James Pantalone said it is difficult to find parts for the aged equipment and vehicle;
• Renewed the agreement between Medicounts Management Inc. for third-party emergency services billing at a base rate fee equal to 7.25 percent of the gross amount collected;
• Approved refinancing the fire department’s aerial ladder truck with Huntington Public Capitol Corp; ....

• Named Altawil president and Burkey vice president;
• Was informed the second semester began Monday with students attending four days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with remote learning on Wednesdays. Officials noted 50 students, previously on all remote learning, are returning to in-person learning;
• Approved the 2021-22 calendar with first day for students Sept. 7 and last day June 2, 2022;
• Approved former board member Scott Lehman to serve as the board’s representative to the Trumbull Career / Technical Center board for a three-year term;
• Approved an agreement with Kent State University for College Credit-Plus courses for high school students for 2021-22; ....
