thanks to the prior administration and our scientific community, america is one of the first countries to get the vaccine. just the other day, former president trump announced he had gotten his booster shot. maybe one of the few things he and i agree on. this wasn t the first time that biden has acknowledged the vaccines were developed on trump s watch but talks to definitely caught trump s attention. here s what he told fox news in response to biden giving him credit. he said, quote, i m very appreciative of that. i saw surprised to hear it. i think it was a terrific thing and it makes a lot of people happy. i think he did something very good. you know, it has to be a process of healing in this country, and that will help a lot. would it have made a difference if trump and biden had played nice with one another all along? vaccine politics have held this country back from beating covid back, but should we be a lot more hopeful tonight with this new data on omicron severity and this
"It is too soon to tell if this variant is less severe even for the unvaccinated.
