That s what happened to Kathy Doutt, 60, a support clerk at Heritage Valley Health System who lives in Ohioville.

A severe snowstorm impacted parts of the country Wednesday into Thursday, and in Pennsylvania, meteorologists said it was the biggest storm in the last few years.
