Matthew Moore of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Steubenville, the Rev. Andrew Nelko of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Weirton and the Rev. Michael Ziebarth of the Orthodox Church of the Life-Giving Fountain in Martins Ferry.
